Regarding the kabuhayan card, we will make the cards available online via paypal or visa/mastercard very soon and we are also working out with other distribution networks to make it available anywhere nationwide. Right now you can still get them from our authorized retailers (http://www.tlrc.gov.ph/merchant.html). Good luck and Mabuhay.
We are currently working with yehey corporation to make use of a payment gateway so everybody on the internet can transact with trc using their credit card, atm, g-cash, jcb, master and visa card. Please watch out for these long awaited facility.
