Hi EM, Before the internet cafe era, the desktop publishing business became popular, if I remember right, the services include printing and encoding (typing) of book/manual/training materials by using desktop publishing software such as pagemaker and then printing them into a master copy for replication later through the printing press. Most clients are from schools/academe, mostly writers and the like. For startup maybe you can get yourself familiar with pagemaker , there are other softwares i'm sure are out there, once you master it like MS Word, and your ready to go, just make sure you have a good quality printer, probably high color resolution. I hope my input serves you. Boyer
